Installation Level 1. The system employs an AC variable-frequency drive with a fully digital speed control system (using domestically manufactured frequency converters), and the unit is controlled by a Siemens S7-1500 series PLC. 2. Fully hydraulic pressing with automatic thickness control (AGC). The hydraulic AGC system is PLC-controlled and features constant roll gap, constant rolling force, preset thickness regulation, and thickness monitoring capabilities. 3. The rolling mill features pressure and deflection control. The rolling line automatically adjusts, and the dual-station horizontal transport vehicle offers rapid roll change functionality. 4. It is equipped with double-uncoiler and front loop system, rear flying shear and double-coiling system,which can realize headless tension continuous rolling. 5. The rolling mill's electrical system is equipped with safety protection systems such as overload protection and emergency shutdown. 6. Automatic tension adjustment during continuous rolling, with automatic constant tension control. 7. The rolling mill employs a dual-roll drive system for the working rolls, with the connecting shafts linked by a universal cross-type metallurgical coupling. 8. The roller bearings are lubricated with air oil 9. The rolling line production process interlocks and fault alarms are implemented using PLC-based programmable control, achieving full automation of the manufacturing process. 10. The whole line is equipped with a system for presetting process parameters, as well as for monitoring, displaying, and alarming for process parameters and key equipment parameters. ![]() ![]() |
